Copywriting & Ghostwriting

I’m honored to work with some of the best SaaS Retail Tech companies in the world. Every project is unique, and I love infusing my background in retail leadership into every piece of copy I write.

If your customers work in retail, I’m your writer.

We love working with Kit! Her writing is always authentic, her point of view is unique, and her work helps us connect with our audience in new ways. Plus, she’s SO easy to work with: fast, professional, friendly, and delivers 100% every time. I’d recommend her to any company looking to connect their offering to the retail frontline.

Shopping Basket

Founded in Barcelona in 2008, Shopping Basket designs, manufactures, and markets shopping baskets and carts for all types of stores.

In 2023, Shopping Basket reached out to me to write a series of three blog posts for their Retail Expert series that went live in 2024.

NewStore

SaaS Omnichannel pioneer.

“Customers do not see in channels; they see one brand and expect seamless experiences whether they are in-store, online, or on mobile.”

In 2023, NewStore contacted me to assist in writing their Omnichannel Transformation eBook.

Aim: The ebook will take what is learned from the Endless Aisle podcast and turn it into digestible and actionable insights for retail “changemakers” to put into practice.

The content and focus are on digital transformation and innovation—this should be well-rounded and speak to all retail leaders.

Zipline

Zipline is on a mission to improve the lives of 2 million retail employees by making it easier for them to do their jobs.

Embedded in this mission is our passion for, and solidarity with, frontline retail workers. To bring our mission to life, we aim to create relevant, empathetic content that speaks the language of our end-users.

Zipline is an outstanding partner. Over the past two years, they’ve hired me to write many blog posts for their website. In 2024, I attended the National Retail Federation (NRF) convention with them and helped cover the event. Here’s a snapshot of my work.
