About Me

I led teams on a retail floor for 24 years. 

After college, I worked my way up through leadership positions on the store floor.

I’ve worked for companies like Old Navy, Lucky Brand, Anthropologie, and Tilly’s. I’ve led through store remodels, global turmoil, double-digit comp increases, and daily chaos.

In 2022, I made the most difficult decision of my career—to leave it.

My path as a writer led me back to retail, but with a new mission.
