I’m sitting at my dining room table on a Saturday morning, overhauling my business – again. It’s overcast and cool. The dog is asleep after his walk, and the coffee is almost gone.
Sigh.
Solo entrepreneurship is so thrilling, but it is also exhausting and lonely. I currently write three newsletters. Retail Renegades is one of them. The point is to help you navigate the retail industry and thrive while treating people exceptionally well.
With all this work I’ve assigned myself, I need to get very clear on what’s working and what isn’t.
